Here's the story in a nut shell:
I got into an MINOR fender bender and insurance got me a new bumper.
I picked up the car from the shop when it was ready and went home.
When I got home I took a second look at the new bumper, I noticed a little part of it under the front driver side head light was sticking out (see picture).

I went back to the shop to complain. They agreed to fix it. They said this clip thingy was broken, so they needed to order a new one. A week later it came and they installed it and fixed it again. Then I get home again and it's sticking out AGAIN!

I went back and they said it's because my car is lowered and the bumper scrapes when going into a drive way. So the scrapping is causing it to pop out.

OK, my car does scrape SOMETIMES but I'm very careful whenever I go up driveways or go over bumps. It scraped before i got the new bumper and this never happened. They refuse to fix it. They say it's not their fault.

Honestly, I think the little clamp thing is not grabbing. The other side is perfect, it's only the driver side. I think the whole bumper would detach if it was because of the scraping.

Do any of you have this problem? Do any of you know who can help fix it?????
It's minor but my car is new and it's bugging the sh** out of me.

 

Well my car is lowered and I always scrape the crap out of mine. I have even tore off a clip off of my sti splitters I hit so hard but my bumper was never misaligned like that, it looks like the body shop doesn't want to fix it or they don't know how!

 

Tie Wrap that ish...

 

Does anyone know of a good body shop? Maybe one that knows Subaru's in and out?
