Some providences have programs set up that you show up, they get you a place to live and they give you a food allowance until you can find a job.
I read somewhere that people are just flocking up there. Free medical, free schooling AND you'll pay my rent and buy me groceries... why not.

Just found out the husband from abd elopement I shot in Sausalito in January was injured in the 2nd blast. He's recovering, but holy crap man. That hits close to home.
