Body shop recommendations (East Bay or Mtn. View)

Asked this a while back but time to get an updated recommendation. Some **** swiped a bunch of parked cars today, including mine. I got off relatively lucky with some heavy and visible scratches in the rear bumper.

PBP sedan.

Sorry to hear about that. I always take my car to Yeaman Auto Body in Palo Alto. They do great work at a fair price. Remember when it comes to body and paint work you get what you pay for.

They did the whole left side of my car! If you want to take a look at it you are more than welcome too. Send me a pm if you want to see their work.

Yeah, don't want to **** money away but certainly don't want to skimp. Guy drove off without leaving details so it's between me and my deductible. Thanks for the tip.

Lot was actually attended. It's a free lot but the company pays someone to be there all day because of prior issues with break-ins. The guy tried to get the driver (of the semi tractor) to provide details but he wouldn't, and he got a partial plate when he drove off which was provided to OPD. So not hopeful, but maybe something will come up.

I used them because they were recommended by my insurance initially. I've gone back to them ever since because they do excellent work. Not cheap, but if you are only paying your deductible, that's irrelevant.

Just had my wrb wrx repaired over at Yeaman Auto Body in Palo Alto -> Yeaman Auto Body - Palo Alto, CA. I got rear ended on 237 and most of the damage was to the rear right bumper, rear passenger wheel+tire, and a little bit of the passenger rear quarter panel. They did good work. I will caution that I had to tell them they needed to shave the new tire they were putting on the car but the work on the subie was good and I'd recommend them.

You would have to tell any body shop they need to shave a tire as it is not well known. To my knowledge Custom Alignment in Mountain View is the only place around that will shave a tire.
