IMO its really sad and pathetic that the two cops who were there did Not a damn thing to prevent or stop the events that transpired. If they were "undercover" as part of an ongoing investigation into a bike club/gang that would be one thing but to be off duty plain clothes and do nothing. I like how he says "I never had intentions to slow him down or cause any type of problems," YEAH RIGHT you were not trying to slow the RR down!! When i rode or when i run as the last man/blocker my sole intention and job is to slow down those behind me by using my brakes or by letting off the gas (like he did).

it often only takes one person to stop something like that because they're all cowards. They just get tough because there's 50 of them. Stop and make them think and it's over.

NOW oma do you understand why, the proper thing would have been for that guy to back up, run down as many as he could, then step out (if it was anywhere but NY) and open fire, killing anyone that approached him tell they stopped trying to get to him?
