Fixed that for you, it wasn't just one, it was the whole group that was the problem. more and more is coming out about it, including this group having plans to block traffic in time square, and the police having set up ready for them.

Bunch of ding dongs. It's just like the people stopping traffic on the freeway to do donuts. They were probably going to shoot more video footage for that dude's rap videos.
Be interesting to see how they get money out of the group for repairs/replacement of the vehicle and for personal injury.
The personal injury shouldn't be too big of an issue because they have footage of the ones that did it.
Damage to the vehicle... same thing I suppose.
Gotta say... my devils advocate post... all wrong. Glad the dude got away and glad the family is o.k. People out looking for trouble will find it.
