do you need us to be there early?

 

Some people will need to be there early. I need to get with Daniel to hammer out some details and do some Major organizational bull**** within the next two days. I work at night so my schedule is kinda opposite most of you guys.

I will get my responses out tomorrow or the next day. Sorry for the suspense.

I thought I posted this but I guess I didn't.

The only people I need to get there early are the setup crew. Otherwise you guys are free to showup whenever. Event starts at 11:30am.

I have a load of helpers coming early already to set up that will be departing from my house on the morning of. If you wanna join us please PM me.

 

Ok, so in case you missed that, unless you're doing setup you don't need to be there early. I think I've confirmed everyone and input you into my iphone so I think we're all good to go.

Bump b/c it looks like we still have a few slots to fill.

Daniel's got a decent size crew hauling all the goods from Fremont, so that's a ready-made unload & set-up crew. You've got several guys on your list to assist w/ that once they get there, and maybe you can get a few to direct parking since nobody is signed up for that.

It'd be nice to get a couple more grillers so the 6 on the list ain't slaving away so bad.

I'm crossing my fingers that Jeremy(aka Krinkov) will be coming thru w/ something fun for us to do!

We're straight on ice, but need more peeps on clean-up.

It's a virtual certainty that folks will volunteer on the spot (like in years past), but it's nice to know ahead of time that we've already got folks we can count on.

Two more days to go! Woohoo!

 

If the setup crew is covered, maybe I can tear away and make the entry/parking more efficient. Up at Hammy, pre-paying 20 entry tickets at a time made things far more efficient - handing out pre-done tickets on the move. Have everyone get some exact change, or close, out when they make the turn, which would make it quick to get in the door.

 

I don't wanna step on brucelee's or manhands's toes, but that would be HUGE in making entry so much smoother than the endless one-by-one transactions at the booth. Hopefully, one of them chime in here to say if "the setup crew is covered."

If I get there early enuff, I'll offer a hand in parking. I still dunno where I'll be driving in from just yet.

And the exact amount dealio is a major plus, too. Good call.
