What a cluster ****. I mean really. (this mess has crossed at least 3 subaru sites at this point)
Can everyone do me and everyone involved a huge favor... show some patience. This mess has derailed us a bit but the event will still happen. As of now this is still Daniel's baby not mine. I'm just holding her while he gets a cup of coffee to catch up with this mess.
I'm getting blown on every level. Vendors. Members. Admin from other sites. Etc.
The date is still tentatively the 19th but it is not set in stone as we do not have a site locked down yet. It is still going to be at Hammy. It is still going to be an awesome event.
Just get in a holding pattern. I'll do the best I can to keep things rolling. Keep information flowing and make sure the event kicks ***.
I am working with the mods, with the vendors and with volunteer crews to get things going but it's going to take time.
The date and site is numero uno. Until that happens I have no information to pass on other than this even is 100% on. The vendors need this as much as you guys so trust me... I know it's important.

In all seriousness, I now have the website up (BAM2012 | Bay Area Meet v2012) and will do my best at consolidating information from the forums and posting it on there so that people can share the event info with those outside of i-club, or find info without having to dig through threads.
