yeah thats when i started having the issues of insomnia was when i did the 7pm-7am and did almost 7 days a week. i took 2 sundays off a month

night shift is cool and all, but i just dont like the part where I have to drive home 30 miles in the morning and the sun is in my eyes and i start tearing up. It's getting better now, since there's less sun

worked in a different state and i was on shift 7 and always worked shift 6. Was actually funny the first day i didnt show up for shift 6 i got written up for a no call no show lol. Till my shift leader said um check your records shes on my shift.

jk... but nights is not thaaaat bad. I like working nights because of the people i work with, but i just dont like the whole idea of sleeping during the day. It sucks to be on an opposite schedule as everyone else, especially when all your roomates are a lil too loud.

I used to do the 30-40 mile drive for that job too. and yeah the sun was in my eyes going home too.
