BAIC Insomniacs, post here:
Take Tylenol, ice it until it's numb (about 15-20 min), then apply heat for 10-15 min. If you just hurt it you should at least ice it to reduce the swelling so it doesn't get worse.
And also maybe walk a little bit (like go for a slow, short walk) because staying stationary will only make it stiffer and hurt more. And try to do some stretches, too.

Ive got a bad back from being in a car accident like 6 years ago (i was the passenger and we totaled a del sol, right thru a light pole). My back really started acting up a couple years ago.
Then going to the state fair all day Sun and standing in line at school yesterday for like almost an hour didnt help.
So i think it was a combination of all that, and might have slept on it weird Sun night too. Its A LOT better now than it was yesterday but it is still sore

Oh yeah, that will do it. I would def recommend some type of pain killer today, just so you aren't compensating and hurt something else.
After numerous skiing accidents (fell directly on my head while doing a back flip, fell down a 40 ft cliff, etc) I've gotten pretty good at dealing with the pain. I have an awesome massage therapist- she is pretty much the only reason I stay functioning/mobile nowadays- and those are all tips she gave me for when my back is hurting. It seems like a lot to do but if you actually do it, it really makes a huge difference in the intensity and duration of the pain.

What sort of **** is this? It does help, I used to make aluminum cored-solid Koa wood shift ***** back when I lived in HI and had my pop's shop to work in. They were nice. I know of a guy who makes weighted Delrin ***** as well and they are SWEET.
I gotta be honest, when I was younger I had a strong dislike for dogs. This was before I learned that I needed to dislike the dog's keepers as it was COMPLETELY their fault and the dogs were pretty nice when treated well. For some reason, in Hawaii, some people feel the need to basically torture their dogs - usually dogs used for hunting. This creates a pretty dangerous situation and is sooooo heartbreaking for the dog. Now, I have a dog and she is pretty wonderful - and this is the first dog I have REALLY gotten to know. She is quite the character and I cannot imagine my life without her right now..
So basically, I disliked dogs but that was because I knew nothing about them and had only seen the wrong dogs. Sort of like my friend who hated cats, but the only cats he had ever seen were these feral barn cats that used to try to tear his face off...
I have to take some new pics but...

Mine is the greddy one. It is simply amazing. Yes, the stock ones are heavier than you'd think, but once you feel a counterweighted **** you'll see the difference. If I can find one of my stock ones I'll weigh them.
