got the idea from the swrt.com site... http://www.swrt.com/championship/driver_standings.html
I thin it would be cool to list them all out, that way people can see where the leaders are getting their points from.
yeah, sort by point is already on my todo list ^above.
we need to come up with a number of records per track to consider for points. Once we have that, I can do this to minimize confusion...
1. give pt to drivers only when track records meets the minimum (I am thinking 6)
2. remove the pt/track column in driver standing if no one has added any record time to the track at all.
this way the driver standing should be accurate and clean for display. °oO(yeah, I think I am going to go with the 6 driver minimum for points kind of thing). This way it will prevent driver from hogging points by simply racing on empty record tracks.

Leo, came across a small problem. I think you need to have the thousandth's column to be written as 3 digits, because I entered 52.008 on Tsukuba and it is showing up at 52.8. Yup.
darn... I missed that one out... It was in my mind as I was coding it, but completely forgot about it... will add to my todo list.
but it's not too bad... the ranking calculation does factor that in (as you can see from the track record).
To Do List...
1. Remove None Production Cars (DONE)
2. Make Track record single user record (DONE)
3. Add dynamic username drop down menu (DONE)
4. Checkbox for Reverse (instead of checkbox, I just added to the list of tracks. it's much easier and no coding involve) (DONE)
5. Driver Standings (DONE)
6. time behind leader (DONE)
7. Driver Standings: Add Track Name
8. Driver Standings: Sort by pt
9. Driver Standings: Add minimum track record (3) before giving out points to drivers
10. pad leading zero to time stamp

Should pad zero's for the seconds as well. Don't know why, but it would look better.
Here is an idea on how to make the driver standings look a little nicer. Might be a little tough though.
Have the rankings at the bottom and then have their names clickable so that when you click them, it shows what their best times on what track and how many points they got for it.

I'll pad seconds as well (that's why i said time stamp
)...
we'll see how it looks like with the current design first then make changes later.

Is there no one that dares challenge me?!

Come y'all. Don't be shy. It is just a game. If anyone is looking for a 22B, I have 2 available for trade.

Man... I haven't gotten around to playing lately. My roomies hog the TV, but that's okay. I'll see if I can shave a few seconds off.

I'll try to get to them tonight...
