well we're already working with the honor system here, so hopefully we'd all be above deleting each others times. Maybe make it so that if the same user name is used twice on a track with the same car it automatically updates the previous time instead of adding another one. Know what I mean?

I've been practicing the rally courses and I tried to mimic the rally car settings on my 01 prodrive. Some of the trans settings I couldn't replicate exactly so I had to do as close as I could. Anyways, it seems to be making the car a lot more controlable (I had it set pretty rear biased for whipping around corners on LS so that made is steer like crap on the dirt). Anyways, here are the settings to help you guys that are afraid of the dirt
when I jotted down the specs I didn't do it that clear because I knew what was what, but each section should match up pretty obviously with where it should go so hopefully you guys will be able to figure it out on your own
SUS:

so far my best lap on Swiss Alps is 1'40.964 but i wont post it up until I know I can't beat it
EDIT: another tip for the rally courses is to be really careful with the throttle and breaking. I just did a 1'38.371 and was only at WOT in one small section. Other than that it was 85%-90% throttle max

ok Ed, I've set the bar unbelievably low (low in quality, not in time) for the Swiss Alps course, you can go ahead and beat it now

1st one had disc read error problems, out of warranty though probably. Got an ebay one after that. Sometimes it'll take a long time to actually read the disc and you can hear it trying to spin it, but it doesn't sound right. It'll do it throughout gameplay too when loading stuff, but a slight smack on the side fixes it. I left it running on an endurance race while I went to work and so far its been acting just fine, not even taking long to load stuff. I don't know if I have the ***** to try and turn it off though
hmm, don't try and refresh the standings page, it may result in a double entry
