anyone looking to go this weekend, check out my thread on Sugar Bowl. it may be too late to get the deal for tomorrow, but sunday's pretty easy. when i did their skiing for schools day last year, we just drove to truckee that morning then back to the bowl. maybe lost 20 min, but we saved some $$$.

now back to our regularly scheduled program...
so, Ray, if my buddy(my crew's GrillMaster) doesn't head up for this trip, looks like you'll have to take care of the slab o' tri tip i'll be contributing for the Q.

Think I can handle it. But your buddies more than welcome alongside the grill.

And guys...definately ride sugar this weekend if you can. Gonna get fresh snow all weekend.

I'll bring some vino to the party if any of you are wine drinkers. Otherwise, I'll get beer.

I'm definitely in. I just sprained the HELL out of my ankle on Saturday at Sugarbowl. Hurt more than when I Broke the other ankle. X-rays are negative, so I should be up and riding again in a week or so. I'm in like Flynn! Now, who wants to give me a lift up there? Andy?

yeah man.. I was freaked out beyond belief before my first run. I couldn't stop shaken my legs and was just nervous as hell that i'd make a turn and just blow it out again.

But I did pretty well. I took it easy. At the end of the day I blazed one hard run just to see what I could handle and it held up pretty good. Can't be jumping and going nuts like usual but at this point just makin turns makes me happy.

Not to mention I gained like 15 freakin pounds with this stupid knee deal.haaa.

So I'll keep everyone posted. This is 3 weeks away. I'll come back up the week before and post whatever solid details we figure out...times and what not. Maybe a few of us could hook up and talk on Tuesday or something and figure a few things out. And we'll get a solid headcount.

Looks like we should have around 8 heads there. That's pretty much what I was shooting for so that's cool with me. Any way I look at it..I'll be there with my little bro so whether it's 2 or 12 don't matter to me. But I'm stoked to finally get to ride with some of you.

Maybe next season we'll get some when I'm at 100%.

Bear Valley has gotten 28 inches of snow over the last 3 days. They are gonna get up to that much over the next 3 days. Man...if I can't go riding this weekend I'm gonna be pissed.

If I do go...I'll let you guys know...you're welcome to come with me. DAMNED IT> why couldn't this storm wait a week.
