Anyone own a TTC pistol?

I'm thinking about buying as the ammo is uber cheap ($.09/round)
Some people really hate these and I want to try one before I buy

I'll buy the ammo...

Can you get a .22 adapter for a pistol that was originally chambered for .45, but you have a diff slide on it and have it converted to .22? Can you further convert it to 7.62x25? That would be awesome!

I have 22/45 for 22 caliber. But a 22 just dosen't have the right recoil to really translate to standard bore guns.
The 7.62 is necked, so I don't think a conversion is possiable.... although it would be awesome.
Every time I shoot a .45 round I'm flinging $0.50 down range
