I happen to know a very experienced technician that does work on the side for reasonable fees.

What do you need? How far are you willing to drive?

or you can always take it to one of our several very good local shops...LIC, Gruppe-S, etc.
I have a feeling they won't be reporting what they see to your dealership and it's very likely they know more than your average dealership technician.

they can't void your warranty for having mods unless the mod has caused a failure.
what is the problem with your car?

Go to Auto HQ and talk to a good technician that no longer works for the dealer.

What he said! Kevin used to be from Carlsen. Search for AHQ and get the number. GL
