Anyone have i phone regrets?
yea i know it will be charged by the time you open it. i'm just asking if there is a correct way to charge it for the first time? such as draining it then charge, or simply charge it whenever you can.
Saw a few posts within this thread about folks having Verizon so I thought i'd throw this out there.
Verizon is getting the Voyager phone. If you dont want to wait you could always get the Prada phone.

I've also heard that the Iphone got its idea/technology from the LG Prada. I could see why Verizon wouldnt want use the Iphones seeing how they had the Prada phone. Dont know how true that is or not though, but seems true seeing how the Prada came out before the Iphone did.
Theres also an article somewhere online, saw it a few weeks ago, about how 10 Iphone users were given the Voyager to test. 8/10 of the users prefered the Voyager.
I dont have either phone but I wish I did! I have Verizon currently and hoping all the info online about this phone is all accurate.
If anyones interested heres an article of how Verizon is claiming this will be the "iPhone Killer".

Just charge the iPhone whenever needed. it has intelligent charging. Once its full, it stops charging and lets the battery wear down to like 95% and then will charge up again.
I personally only charge when necessary. I think many of the battery problems from the earlier generations was from people charging them constantly.

I'm not an Apple fanboy by any means but I recently upgraded and I love mine. Best UI I've ever had on a cel phone. And almost all of the software complaints (lack of MMS, lack of IM, etc) will go away come February.
It's another phone with a glorified UI. That type of technology has been around for sometime now, but never made it to the USA until now. I have been using unlocked phones from Europe for sometime now (currently own a Sony Ericsson W950i) and all the features that the iphone has, I have already been using -plus more (ie MMS, streaming video, conference video, BT data transfer, FM radio, Infrared, 4 gig flashdrive,) for over a year now. I admit, it does have a smooth UI, but as far as technological features, it is only barely scratching the surface.

My dad and I have had an Iphone since the first Sunday it came out. I love it and so does my dad. We are both computer engineers and he usually hates any new technology products. My work gave me a brand new blackberry and I will not even use it I really dislike the complicity of the user interface.

we played with it and it wont do it.
