anyone ever have their car shipped?

i'm moving out to the bay area next month(well livingin in stockton,work in oakland), and i am having my car shipped. it is alot cheaper than driving or towing it behind a u-haul. just wondering if anyone has ever used aries auto transport or had their car shipped cross country? anyway, see you all around. keep and eye out for a new wrb wingless sti around town

I did from Colorado Springs. 3 of them actually. It was fine but I don't remember the company. Look for a the biggest company that do it. Don't go to a third party company. They will dick you around.

I have all over the damn place and even on a boat to different parts.

They'll do a quick once-over of the car's condition and you'll be on your way! Not sure which company I used though but everything went smoothly.

I had my STi shipped from New Jersey last June. I used a broker based in Gilroy. Someone picked it up on a flatbed. Then it switched hands to a truck. It arrived safe and sound, though there was a week or two delay because another truck (in the two truck fleet) crashed, and some cars had to be transferred over.

cool thanks. the place i'm using picks it up at my door, puts it on the truck right in front of me. then the drop off is the same.
