Going to the range tomorrow for the first time. Just wanna rent out some different handgun brands and calibers so I know what to get for my first firearm.

I believe this is the closest range from me besides Richmond Gun Club or whatever it's called, but I don't wanna go there cuz I heard some bad reviews so I rather go to San Rafael.

Is this a good range to go to? Anybody know of any other places close by me? THX!

only range i know in san rafael is the indoor one, bullseye...

careful with renting a gun, when you are solo.

problem is most people who want to commit suicide go to a range to rent a gun and blow their heads off.

you need to either go with a lot of people or bring your own gun and rent.

silly... i know. but even stupider is having to deal with a gun range suicide...

 

most if not all places will not let you rent a gun if you're by yourself or are already a member of the place or if you bring your own gun.

make sure to bring someone else with you

 

Yea, a local gun shop suggested I go to a range to test out different guns before purchasing one. He let me know to bring a friend for that reason too.
