just bought a 2000 outback with some weird electrical issues , i'm game for debugging them for a while but may resort to paying someone to fix it , i really don't want to take it a dealer or shop and give them a blank check to figure it out , if you can fix it and want to make some extra cash let me know

problem of the day is that the low beams are extremely dim , drl module is unplugged, i popped the underhood fuse box and found the RH headlight relay gone, i put one back in and both headlights turn off , pull it back out and i have the dim low beams again and a bright LH high beam

the seller said it had electrical 'gremlins' but i think there's more to the story they didn't share with me
