So, I'm trying different ways to get back into shape. I've been going to the gym for the past couple months. I want to mix things up and practice some hoops and shoot around, work on ball handling, etc. Bare in mind, I'm too embarrassed to play in games with anyone else besides my own friends, haha. I'm terrible, hence why I need practice. I haven't regularly played since middle school and my first 2 years of high school (even back then, I still sucked but I had fun!). Anyway, anyone know of any decent courts to work on some skillz that's close to Hayward? Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
