No ****...do you remember the skull highway sign stickers?...Was a skull that kinda looked like a green HWY 17 sign.

Darwin theory at its best, hope that dude is ok though.
17 is quite dangerous road and requires attention and caution. This year during rain weeks i saw rolled(yes rolled over) cars 3 days in a row, not talking about other 'minor' accidents.

haha... no, you're not as ***. You should have however, pulled over with a camera and as you're talking pictures, tell him you're doing so to post them online so everyone can laugh at him.

yeah, I've seen that too.... I think I posted that before as well.

Again, it was after the summit and I think it was the fifth turn (right hand turn). I was going relatively fast for the weather (~55) in that turn. My rear came out a bit, kept my foot on the gas (not wot, just on), counter by few degrees and out of the corner I went. but not so lucky with the BMW behind me. I think he was trying to catch up with me or something. he rear came really wide, started going side way, went up the dirt wall and flipped sideway 2-3 times. Yeah, all that in my rear view mirror. That time I felt kinda bad because I felt like I was leading him into the accident....

last night was pretty crazy, I drove from SC to SJ last night around 8pm and it was pooring. Some jack-off in a firebird kept riding my *** with his brights on.

On my way to work this AM I almost hit this infinity that smacked the center devide and was stopped in the left lane. even with my balding tires I was able to get my swirve on and dodge em.

I love HWY 17, but people don't know how to drive it right, they make it suck for me. its MY road! hahaha!

J/K.
Caution folks, that HWY will pwN j00 t3h f4st3R.

Thumbs up

Funny to see this. I was there last night, around 10-12Pm. I was driving the red Mazda 323 hatch POS, not the STI. I think I would've been in serious trouble if I had taken the STI.
It was raining and thick fog at portions of the road. The little hatch's lack of speed pretty much locked me in the 55-65 mph range. It was a savior. However there were a few cars, that was driving pretty aggressivly despite the weather and tailgating/weaving. Low and be hold, on my return trip, back to SJ I find one of them in the middle of a bend, all the way across the whole right lane, I guess it must've hit the wall and bounced off.
Funny thing is, all the cars I saw that were trying haul *** were either 4 door accord, 4 door benz or minivans. I guess a lot of these guys just don't know their limits.
Last I heard there were 3-4 accidents on it within a 2 hour period last night.
Funny to drive by the scene and then hear about it moments later on the radio.

I think they should remove the speed limit on 17 and let natural selection take place. JK.

I honestly would have stopped next to his car, rolled down my window so I could point and laugh at him and I wouldnt leave until I was sure he saw me and remembered tailgating me, then I would flip him Teh Burd ooIoo as I drove off.

If that sounds quite specific its because Ive done this before
