I've baselined and tuned a handful of 09 WRX's. In bone stock form, they make 215-225whp just like a stock STI. A good stage 2 setup makes similar power to a stage 2 STI with the smaller WRX TMIC being the limiting factor. The stock turbo in the 09 WRX is very similarly sized to the stock STI turbo.

Do they have dual AVCS too? Dunno if the heads were the same between the 09 wrx and sti and exhaust side avcs is just plugged or something

Do you know if it's straight forward to swap the 08 STI heads and ECU/harness into an earlier model car to get dual AVCS?
