I'm at 192,xxx on my 2001 outback sport. Bought it brand new in 2000, put 110,xxx on the original 2.2 NA, got a FULL conversion to a 2005 2.0 wrx and finally ended up with a 2.5 sti block.

Yes my car is pretty much stock, except for the Tien HG coil-overs which are a very recent upgrade.
I'm about done with my 3rd clutch, on my 2nd radiator, 2nd AC system, 2nd steering rack, 2nd or 3rd wheel bearings, 4th windshield, 4th set of front rotors, (2nd in back), probably 10th set of tires...
I burned a valve at 163,000 miles and swapped out for another (still stock spec.) motor, so its my 2nd motor as well.
Still on the original 5speed gearbox too.

I hit 160k on my 02 wrx about 4 weeks ago. Would have been over 160k today if I wasn't T-boned by Yahoo's employee bus(full size greyhound bus btw). I had absolutely no problems with the car at all. The car was modded for about the 1st 70,000 miles then returned to stock. Factory transmission and OEM clutch.
