02-07-03 / Last day at Green Valley Subaru!!

Well, today is my last day at the Green Valley Subaru. My time to move on to better and bigger things (especially a larger more consistant paycheck!).

Of course the service and parts department is still so-so, but the prices on the vehicles is something to see.

I am still going to buy there especially when my 2004 WRX STi comes in, the 2004 Turbo Forester, and the 2004 Legacy B4.

I guess everone that goes there will have to meet the non- WRX sales guy or gal and expect a load of B.S. (for example: "this wrx has a supercharged v-6 !?!?!? W.T.F.)

Green valley Subaru? I was there earlier today... brought in my rex, had the parking rod replaced (i think...) . You're not Kevin, right?

Oooopsss, I messed up. I was in the Ford area the whole time. Forgot that Subaru is in the lot in front.
Anyway, blue stock rex, I was there frm 7:30 to 11 AM.

Kevin Bracy is the biggest idiot EVER, he has no idea what good customer service is...I had a problem with my heater switch, and they ordered the wrong part TWICE, I called a day before my appointment, and I asked him to describe the switch to me, and i'll tell him if its the right one this time or not, and he is like I am sorry, I do not have time to do that right now, I am really busy, and I said, thats exceptable, can you please give me a call back when you get a chance?, and he is like well I plan on being busy all day, just bring your car by tomorrow and it should be the right part...So I said forget it, I'm not gonna argue with a Wall....They got the part right, but Kevin calls me up and says, hey we got your car all washed up for you and we repaired your switch, but we had one problem, you had soem wires going to the back of the deck and we didn't know which one wen't where, so we just left them disconnected..WTF???...how do u not know that the red male connects to the red female and the black male connects to the black female....it only makes sense, I know that was the technician...but still...what kind tech are you if you can't even match 2 colors???

Yup, I never trusted the service department to do work on my WRX. Too bad.

Yeah Kevin B. and Captain Hook always treated the customers like doo-doo. Captain Hook is gone now.
