Green Valley Subaru Finally Did Something Right!!

I was over at Green Valley to get my heater switch replaced (They haven't done that yet, I hope they do that right)..but anyways, I went over to the parts department and said, can you guys cut a key for me, I already have the template (STi Key)...so he said sure and I gave him my original and the blank and he cut it...not only did it work, but he didn't charge me for it either!!...This probably doesn't seem like much, but for the amount of times green valley has screwed up this is pretty surprising..

Was that the new dude Joe? I think he's still green enough in the business to still care about trying to please customers, hahaha. He tends to be the only one there when I need something too. Poor guy.

Yeah , everytime I go to Green Valley I leave all pissed off. I think they are the worst dealership in Cali.

Nah, they have the best up-front pricing in the state, thanks to all that Ford Blue Oval money they get. Staying certified earns them kickbacks of nearly half a mil per year. All the cars are sold at cost, plus a small margin. New anyway, they are like everyone else with the used ones.

No I think Green Valley is worst. I needed to order a part Green Valley couldn't get it for 2weeks! My brother from FL , ordered it from his dealer and Got the part that day, and he happend to be coming here on vacation and gave me the part.

Thats some crazy crap, not only that but I have been there 3 times before and there computers are always down.

I wrote SOA and they still did nothing. But thats kool though I will just never go to that crappy dealership again.

All they care about there is FORDS,
well tallk to you later

and how are they on warranty crap?
i've been to diablo also...A LOT better then Green Valley, still a ****ty dealership though...are there any dealerships in the Sac. Area? I cant stand not having a dealer that knows what they are talking about.....

I took my car in for some warranty work (a heater switch)...they pulled out my radio to do it and they were like you had some aftermarket wires hooked up to the back of your aftermarket radio, we didn't know what they were so we just left them disconnected...WTF?? what kind of **** is that?...what does it take to plug in the Black RCA to the Black RCA input, the Red RCA to the Red RCA input, and the Blue Remote Wire, to the Blue remote wire input...EVERYTHING IS COLOR CODED!!!...this happened when I just started to think Green Valley Subaru was starting to get better...

The service and parts departments are trully lacking.

Great prices though.
I do oil changed my self, but I have to bring my car in for warantee work once in a while, but the problem is getting a ride from WC is impossible, which means getting back from SC subaru is definatly not possible and I work/school 6 days a week.

they can't void anything unless it the product you put in causes a problem to a related component...which means they can't deny you tranny repairs if you put in a turbo timer, and they cant deny a stereo repair if you put in an aftermarket exhaust...
