AFAIK, with your custom plates, until the stolen one is found, you won't be able to use your custom plate, as it will be reported stolen. So, if you get pulled over and you still have that plate, you will be in a car with a reported stolen license plate.
When my plates got stolen (only rear as I didn't run a front), the officer told me to go to the DMV, order new ones, and pay something around $30 to get a non-custom plate. When I went to the DMV, they just gave me new randomized plate and I didn't have to pay anything, I'm guessing the fee that you normally have to pay for customized plates, since it's not refunded, paid for the randomized plate.
I didn't want to get any crap from the officer so I just told him both were stolen, so my custom plate will never be used again, since they'll never find the 2nd one.

-my GYM bag
and they tried to steal my roof fin but couldnt get it off so they left a few marks there
also the door for being forced to open
and all of that happen last nite and that happen when i was at work and i parked my car in the mall garage with a few gay *** security that doesnt do their job rite ...and i already filed a police report for that and i hope somone would catch this person before they damage someone else property
