VF34 Question, need help....

Hey guys.....we have a vf34 turbo that might be acting up and I was hoping some of you might know what is wrong.

My friend was getting his car tuned and the boost was going from 18 psi to 24psi at higher RPMs. The MBC is set for 18psi....so we dont know what it is.

The turbo and MBC was on my car, and there were no problems.
It was on my Vishnu Stage 2. So, I am not sure what is wrong.

Could it be the wastegate?? Anyone have any suggestions??
How can we test it to see if it is the wastegate??

Thanks for your Help,

-freddie
