What is the most boost you can run on stock internals?

More than your turbo or tranny can handle. It really depends on the quality of engine tuning and your system(turbo, intercooler, etc). What are you planning on running?

Ok I plan on a vf22 turbo, sti 550cc injectors, perrin fuel rail, walbro fuel pump, S-AFC. as far as the intercooler im just going to use silicone hoses. Do you have any other turbo suggestions?

Your engine would be stronger and more reliable if you get real engine management and have it tuned by a pro.

Yeah, I wouldn't go much over 275 hp with an S-AFC and your stock intercooler. You're just asking for trouble if you do. You'll need real engine management, a clutch upgrade, an intercooler upgrade, bigger piping, and a spare tranny
