Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need some serious advice. From what ive read, the general concensus is that to get the best results with a turbo, u have to turbocharge a 00 2.5RS by swapping a WRX USDM or JDM EJ20 engine into it. i talked to the guys over at rallispec, and they said a wrx USDM ej20 engine with parts and labor will run me 6500. This sounds reallllly good to me cuz from what i hear, they do top of the line work. With upgraded transmission it will run me 9k. ouch. that hurts. I love my 2.5RS, but simply put, it is not fast enough. it's quick as hell off the line, but i need TURBO. i like the look of the 04 WRX's. I talked to my car dealer today, and with around 12k and trading in my 2.5RS, i can get a silver 04 WRX sedan with 15 miles on the odo, no spoiler, and no moonroof. this is completely straight, i love the look of a WRX sans spoiler, and i don't even use the moonroof in my RS. from what i see, clearly, the upgrades for a WRX are ENDLESS. What should i do?

Go for the WRX, man. The costs associated with getting the kind of power out of your 2.5 just keep going, and you'll break stuff too. STi maybe?? Check it out.

you can turbo the 2.5, but you'd have to also upgrade everything else along with it (suspension, brakes, transmission, etc.) not just to deal with the extra power but to stay safe at higher speeds. The combined cost would be very high (and the car would be completely kick-a$$). However in the long run I would go for the Rex. It will be faster in all ways right outta the box and as you said, the upgrades for a rex are endless. In the end you always have to go for more speed, in other words you have to go for the wrx.

Get a set of cams, the Sti short block, PEMS, turbo kit and more
$500+ $1300+ $1200+ $3000+ $+++$

And your good to go!
