Car Info: 1998 Subaru Legacy L 5-speed
you can turbo the 2.5, but you'd have to also upgrade everything else along with it (suspension, brakes, transmission, etc.) not just to deal with the extra power but to stay safe at higher speeds. The combined cost would be very high (and the car would be completely kick-a$$). However in the long run I would go for the Rex. It will be faster in all ways right outta the box and as you said, the upgrades for a rex are endless. In the end you always have to go for more speed, in other words you have to go for the wrx.

14k and your RS should get you a new one. Email me with your details if you want a former salesman to give you the story on whether or not he's hosing you.
