how are the PIAA HID kit? would it fit in my stock '03 wrx headlights? does the light have a blueish beam or more like a white beam? and how much would it be to send it to hawaii(96825)?

they are replacement bulbs.

They will only work as replacments to an HID kit you already have

oh, ok...I was thinking of getting the EDM Headlights from you guys and getting a HID kit for it...you can get these, right?
