Hi all I'm new to this group...and Im not to sure if I'm in the right forum but I'm having issues with my 2010 WRX alarm not sounding and the light don't chirp when opening.

When I open the car just with the key the lights flash like the alarm is working but there is no sound..
Any thoughts how to fix this issue....also the key pad is disabled so I don't know if that has anything to do with it....I would also like to know how to reactivate keypad...on my old 02 and 07 WRX I think you could type in the number 1 followed by a star and hash to disable and enable the keypad but I have been told it had to go to the dealer to enable keypad but first things first I would love to fix the sound on the alarm..as it ****s me having a alarm that doesn't sound or a keypad that doesn't work....help!!.
