i saw the ad in subiesport mentioning winter combo, but i haven't seen it on the site. what kind of winter tires do you carry?

we currently carry only M+S rated all season tires:

Falken Ziex ZE-512 (Rated highest by consumer reports Nov 2003)
Toyo Proxes4 (Toyo's response to the ass whooping is got in Nov :p )

we are reviewing winter tire options through our supplier, however, we're californians, and don't really run "snow" tires, so we aren't sure which ones are good ones.

Could you possibly help us and tell us which tires you'd like us to carry or which tires you feel are good snow tires?

I like my michelin alpin's, they make more expensive ones, but I don't have experience with them. Michelin makes pretty good snows in general though, at least in my experience

I think we are also looking at the Blizzak tire. If we create some packages, we'll annouce it!

Tire Rack has some good write ups on winters, I think in their tests, the more expensive Michelins came out on top, actually from their numbers, it looks like they outperform some all-seasons in the dry
