Soooo, I ask my fellow subaru owners which are the lightest seats I can get for my Sti and how heavy are the factory seats (front)

Sport Compact Car had a very in-depth article on racing seats a month or two ago. Try to find that issue; it had lots of good info.
I'll take a stab at your question though: I would guess that Bride and Recaro full racing buckets should be pretty light. Best of luck.

You aren't going to lose a lot of pork changing seats. Getting rid of rear and passenger seats should help. :D Unless you get fixed seats w/out recline. CF hood, different exhaust, stereo are some ways to get rid of weight. If you do want to change seats I have that issue of SCC.

LOSE THE A/C AND GET A SICK ROOF SCOOP !!!! I've wanted to do that, i never use my a/c but its a nice thing to know i have . . . . Cheers
