So I know I'm normally pretty goofy around you guys, and I joke around a lot about Greg's mom and Mike's sexuality, but I'm gonna be real here for second.
Thank you to Greg for all the help with the parts we've put on Suzanne's car. You've been a tremendous source of information and a great pal when hanging around the shop for hours at a time.
Thank you to Mike for all the wonderful information you've so unselfishly passed along. Your encouragement and guidance has helped us more than you would know.
Thank you to Tommy for letting me dip into your girlfriend (toolbox) and violate it in so many wonderful ways.
To those of you that don't know, we've had quite a time trying to get Suzanne's car tuned. It all started in 2004 when Suzanne bought her brand new 2005 STi and got it tuned by Mike. Every since then, we've been trying new setups, trying to get it tuned, and rolling with all the punches this car has dealt.
We have literally been to 5 different appointmnts for tuning with something bad happening at each one preventing us from getting tuned.
We finally got that sucker tuned on Friday, whether it liked it or not! We've still got a few things we want to put on it, but we're both extremely happy with the results.
I'll post the dyno sheets later, but Suzanne's car ended up with 307/355. Absolutely fantastic, much better than what I was expecting. The car pulls sooooooo damn hard, even in 5th and 6th gear which was somewhat of a slouch before. The car will smoke all 4 tires with ease now, which is going to mean better tires.
So thanks again to the GST family, you've made Suzanne very happy, and in turn made me happy.
And then I dominated Greg's mom. And she yelled "DOMINATING"...like in CS.
