We have been testing out our stage 1 stock car maps for the past month or so, today we took a unmolested vehicle and ran it a bunch of times stock. Below is the highest run of the many we did. All runs were conducted in sports sharp mode.

After that we loaded up a Cobb AP with our custom Stage 1 map and conducted roughly 10 dyno pulls, below is roughly the middle run numbers wise.

There is still plenty more to be had from this car with custom tuning, what we wanted to do first though was run 200-300 miles on the car over the weekend then baseline it and log it on Monday prior to custom tuning, we will add those graphs to this post on Monday night.

After the tuning on Monday we will be installing the GST exhaust system with 100 cell hi-flow cat. We should have all of data for that ready to post following next weekends Redline TA where we will have put on enough miles with the new exhaust to get some good data.

Mike made a post awhile back comparing previous year STis and a stock 2008 STi, it was posted under this user name in the Bay Area Section. The exhaust will be a twin single tip unit. No current ETA because it is still in development but we are aiming for sometime in the next month or two. We have our test vehicle but thanks and will let you know if we do.

Well, the majority of 08 owners that I talk to are not in favor of any exhaust that dumps the quad tip design. This is obviously for aesthetics though, as the exhaust takes the path of least resistance anyway and ends up just going through the outer pipes...but I would be willing to bet that if you guys at least had two versions, it would boost the sales tremendously. Anyway, just my .02. I know that I will be looking for a quad tip, so maybe I am biased, but most everyone I know feels the same way.
