Alright, so I've got an 07 WRX with the following power mods:
STi TMIC
Perrin Y-Pipe
Helix Catless Down Pipe
Espelir JGT500 Catback
AccessPORT V2 runnning Stage II

First
I'm considering picking up a ported Cobb Up Pipe. Is it worth it?

Second
I'm considering a VF39 or VF43. If I were to do so, would I need a fuel pump and injectors or will my stock 07 wrx fuel pump and injectors work well?
What kind of power would this put down to the wheels?

I would probably pass on the uppipe, very little gain from one although it will be better than the stock unit I am not sure if the gains quantify the price and the work to install it.

If you run either of those turbo's your stock injectors will be fine but I would recommend changing the fuel pump.
