Have you had a chance to dyno the new STI? Curious to see how it stacks up to some of the stock Evo VIII & IX models that Bryan has baselined in the last year.

I've seen that thread and others like it on NASIOC and IWSTI. Thank you. I've never had my car on any of those dynos though. What I'm looking for is a local frame of reference. Mike's dyno at GST puts out very similar numbers to the dyno at Speed Element (in Fremont) and the dyno at EIP (in Milpitas). I've had my Evo tuned at all 3 shops at one time or another. I know that 300whp on these dynos is enough for an 11 second quarter mile. I know what an STi, VIII and an IX typically baseline.

bad gas, or stock tune/ecu to blame?

Either bad gas or or the stock rom just wasnt cut out for 91 cali piss

Interesting numbers though, right on par with the evo IXs stock with a bit mroe torque

hey mike, may be a stupid question, but did you guys try reseting the ecu? I've heard a few things about newer sti's in cali that when you reset the ecu, it'll learn the 91 better or something, not sure of the validity of it...
