Ok guys I need your opinions on this.

I'll have the following parts to put on my 02 WRX motor:

Helix V3 Catted DP
Turbo XS UpPipe

I want to upgrade to the following parts sometime within the year:

3" Catback (preferably stromung)
VF34 Turbo
STi Pink(565cc) or 06 WRX(560cc) Injectors
Walbro 255LPH Fuel Pump
STI (USDM or JDM) TMIC
Accessport

My questions are these:
1.) How long can I run my car SAFELY with the DP and UP on my stock wrx motor with all stock turbo/injectors/pump/tmic or even an upgraded USDM STi TMIC?

2.) Should I just wait until I have all the parts gathered up to install or what?

My goal is to not spend a bunch of money on repeatedly tuning everytime i upgrade parts (yes i know...you pay to play :p ) get around 250-290WHP, keep it a sane daily driver that will be RELIABLE. I'm not looking for a drag car or anything rediculously fast for right now and i actually seriously dont plan to upgrade past a VF34 or even try to get 300+ WHP. Just a nice quick car thats enjoyable.

I had my dp and up on for quite a while. then I got the CBE put on...and then a little bit later got tuned. I would avoid running a long time (9-12 months) with the up/dp or TBE on the car untuned. But I would suggest not putting on the bigger turbo and whatnot until you can get tuned soon after
