I have a set of 15"x6 6 spoke aluminum Outback rims. I am not sure about the width though. I would like to know if i would be able to fit 225/50 series tires on them. My last set of tires was 205/50 series. Thanks in Advance.

 

I wouldn't try. 6.5" or the 7" maybe... but the 6 is probably too small. What do I know though...

 

I think it may be 6.5. When i search it is either on or the other so i am not sure about it. Maybe someone else knows for sure?

Even on the 6.5" 225 width is pushing it. On the 6.5" you can barely fit the 225's on but handling suffers due to sloppiness.

 

Hmmm i see, i guess the rims are too small. Thanks Guys! I will just stick with the 205's then... i would go 215's but the ziex and azenis don't come in 215 for the 15" wheel....Lame <_<
