Question Wheel Size?

I was looking to purchase new rims and tires for my 05 wrx, question is what size rims should i get. Mant people have told me not to go any larger than 17 due to performance wise? i don't know if someone could please help me out that would be great. I am looking to purchase prodrive p1. Are the good performaces rims/

I'd say 17 to keep the same overall diameter.

p1 are a good strong rims. Made by OZ for prodrive and since both companies make great products and can't lose. P1's are a bit on the heavy side but for non-forged rims not bad. I think they are 19lbs. I had a set of OZ sl's that were only 15.1lbs. Not as sturdy a wheel though.
