STi Brembo size compared to WRX 4-pots size
What up BAIC,
I searched everywhere but cant get the information im looking for. How much larger are the STi Brembos than the 06-07 WRX 4-pots in millimeters? I just need to know to see if my WORKS will clear Brembos or see what size spacer I need. If worse comes to worse, ill just have to test fit my WORKS on shagon wagons wagon on Monday. Thanks in advance guys
Andy

There isn't a reliable measurement that's going to tell you if they clear becuase you're not just looking at diameter, you're looking at caliper size and depth; you're shooting for a point in 3D space. The STi rotor should be a 332x32mm rotor IIRC, but the Brembo is a much bigger caliper and I'm not sure what disk/face your VSXX's are. If you can test-fit, it's the best way - I've had wheels that would clear Stoptechs on the same rotor size as a Brembo setup that doesn't fit.
I would imagine that given how wide those wheels are they'd clear, but there isn't much bowing in the face around the caliper like you'd see with single-piece wheels, which is what would kill it.

if my memory serves right, the brembo's off a STi are thicker caliper wise compared to the stoptech 328mm kit. I think your best bet would to test fit them on someone's car. Why not Shagginwagon's car???

I've got 5x114 Brembos and 5x100 Stoptech 328's, so I can't easily crosscheck on anything besides a dual-drilled wheel.
