WRX 4-pots -SOLD- Fresh Rebuild, Black Powdercoat, STI logo Brembo Knockoff
SOLD
Questions? PM Me!
WHAT:
Complete Front 4-pot Calipers with all Clips, Springs, and Slide Pins. These were powder coated black then the vinyl STI sticker was added and coated with a clear powder coat. I had these done to look like '08+Brembo Knockoffs.
Vehicle Fitment:
2008-2015 WRX STI (I know it is a downgrade… but it fits under small rims)
2008-2015 WRX
2009-2015 Forester
2009-2015 Forester XT
2002-2003 WRX
2003-2005 WRX
2003-2005 Forester
And I am sure others.
CONDITION:
Fully Functioning. Powdercoated. Just replaced seals, bleeder valves, and I am supplying new clip/pins/spring. NO PADS INCLUDED. No evidence of stripping on threads.
WHY:
I bought these with the intent of putting them on my future '02 WRX... then my wife would not sign off on buying another car. I have no need for these I am already running 4-pots on my Foz and I love them!

My thoughts exactly, but it might be exactly what someone wants if they want black 4 pots, and also the price includes shipping which is nice. I picked up my front and rear set new for $600. But then I'm stuck with needing pads and rotors and rear adapters.

Flatirons Tuning is selling the black 4-pots new for $590. Still got to pay shipping though.

Don't the JDM brakes have raised Subaru lettering though? As funny as this sounds- the brakes with the stickers (USDM) fit underneath 16" Forester XT wheels, but the raised Subaru lettering on the black JDM brakes will actually hit the spokes.

I AM OPEN TO PM'd OFFERS.
These are priced a bit higher because all the work is done. Most people will spend $300-400 for calipers, $30 for the rebuild, $20 for pins, $50-100 for powder coat, etc. And the powder coat will hold up better than the OEM paint.
