hey guys... its been awhile scince i pumped air into my tires... i have been very careless... so now there's a bump sorta looks like roy jones came and hit my tire with his fist. its about size of a golf ball... doesn't stick out that far... and my tires seem to be a tad bit outa shaped... is it safe to drive on them?

does this mean its time for new tires? seems dumb... but the tires are still a lil new... might be because of me not havibg the proper amount of air in them also.
