what is a good sticky track tire to use? thats at a good price.

 

i used kumho's v700's for auto x, nice decent price...

 

what type of track, autox, drag or road racing.

For roadracing I vote for the toyo-ra1

I have been doing HPDEs for many years and to give you the best opinion, I would need to know your track experience first.

For most people a good street tire is all that is needed.
Example: MXs are fine for street and track (road courses)

If you have less then 15 days of track time then I would say stick with street tires until you have sufficent track time and understand more.
