Sticky tire valve

Any advice on a sticky front tire valve? I have a 2003 Impreza TS with factory tires (32/29 psi). With this cold NE weather, I'm noticing my front left valve is not snapping into place after I gauge it. I have to manually snap it back. There's 10k on it and I drive about 300 miles a week.

Replace it.

It costs about $2 and takes about 2 minutes.
