I have SSR comps and have a very slight bent rim just on the lip. Has anyone had any success getting a rim repaired with this problem? Can it be repaired or should I just resign myself to geting a replacement and making the bent one a spare. My ego won't let me keep it on the car, even though it still feels true and holds air. I love the rims, but knew this day would come. A 13 pound rim just can't handle those giant yellow turtles in the road.

 

get it fixed and see how it looks. There are some pretty good shops that can do this kind of work well.
