Sell me on a 245/40/17
I'm ready to order a set of new tires for my 04 STi
Planning on 245/40/17
The car is a daily driver, but I still do 1 auto-x/month in a street tire class. I'm willing to put up with some noise, but the car needs to be able to do a hour drive without making me crazy. I can't be replacing tires every year. I need something sticky but am willing to give up a bit for a longer lasting tire
Basically coming down either the Dunlop Star Spec's or the Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110
It seems that the Hankook's last a little longer, and are cheaper... but I've heard some bad stuff about Hankook in the past.
Opinions please...
