For the S0-3 fans out there, what do you feel about the "road tracking" thing I've been hearing about.

Any high performance tire will do that.

I think the trade off is worth it. I would rather deal with the tracking and have good grip on the twisties. If your more worried about everyday driving dont buy a high performance tire buy a tire that will last a long time. If you want to enjoy your WRX buy some s03's.

Jason,

As countless others have said, the S03's are an awesome tire. I had Falken Azenis ST115's on my WRX before switching to wheels that already had S03's on them. While the Azenis were exceptional for their price, the S03's were amazing. The handling difference was noticeable to me at the first sharp turn.

That being said, now that I have the STi I am finding the RE070's to be a lot of fun. They grip well and are nothing like the last set of Subaru OEM tires (RE92's ). They are of course very noisy and it sounds like they may not last as long as the S03's.

Be sure and report back your impressions of your new tires.
