Question Rims for Wagon: Price vs Performance vs durability

I'm looking for a good set of rims for my new WRX wagon. There are soo many choices out that that it’s giving me a headache

This being my first car, after having owned trucks all my life..I really don't know what to look for in a rim. I'm not going to do any rally racing or anything...but when I spend my hard earned $$ on something, I was some performance and quality out of my purchase.

I'm looking for something relatively affordable, with the proper offset for my car, not too heavy, durable for long drives and in either British black/pewter/anthracite. Any suggestions?

Thanks a ton!

I would go w/ Prodrive P1's. They are on sale at the Tire Rack at really good prices. P7's are also good. Both rims are very strong and not bad weight wise. They can also take the rigors of pot holes. The P1's are made by OZ. I have OZ SL's. They are really light but not as strong as P1's. Also You can buy any of the Rota's for sale on the vendor section. Awesome rims for those on a budget.

but isn't 20lbs a tad heavy for rims? (p1's) Just checked Tirerack.com and they sure are nice!! And quite affoardable.

The rotas are halla cheap and also lighter, but they don't float my boat as much!

The GC-07 are SWEET...but a bit pricey for me.

thanks HomerJay!
