Enkei DM-5 looks exactly like that. I've got 18x7.5 Tenzo's on my wrx with a 42 offset and i think it fits perfectly on my wrx.

I think stock offset is 48. I have the 17's in that wheel and it is a 46 offset. They fit well on the car. I think they are knock offs of the volk rims but i cannot affored em right now. Maybe later. I picked these up for $450.

I think the stockers actually have an offset of 55. I remember reading that somewhere. I could be wrong though.

You are correct. you can get most of the WRX factory specs @http://www.oakos.com/wrx/specs.htm these specs are for 02-03.

It depends on the width of the wheel. 55 is for 6.5" wheels.
