How many miles till you wore out your RE92s?

mine were shot with under 20k miles on them. i would have liked to replace them earlier, but i hadn't picked out a set of 17's yet.

first set of re-92s 5k miles

second set i tried to make last, got 10k out of those

just aggressive street driving in the hills, and some autocross. the sidewalls on the RE92s are just too soft, and will roll heavily under quick cornering. that wears out he shoulder of the tire pretty quickly.

I have 20K on them, the shoulders are all rounded off, but they got tread on them still.

mine lasted for a good 28k, before i replaced them. btt i went to mount my new tires, the folks at auto innovations shook their head while saying you should have replaced these a long time ago. when i did the penny test, the tread was at abe's hair line.

thats still a ton of tread, i always wear them down to where they just get smooth
